"Orders made a month back"
Orders made a month back. I got 2 orders that I either haven't gotten or they showed up damaged.
Order #29990 – Still haven't gotten it. No email confirmation about shipping either. It's been more than a month now.
Order #29977 – came in a plastic bag and, as I figured, the stuff inside was broken.
I shot off emails for both orders and just got an automated reply a couple of days ago. Please get back to me ASAP.

"Udarely's Kindness Despite a Defect"
I bought a few double-walled fire cups, and one of 'em had a manufacturing issue. I reached out to the company right away. The next day, I got a response saying they’d swap out the faulty cup and, because of the situation, they’d throw in another one as a gift. Big thanks for your kindness! That’s not something you see every day. I’m already excited to shop more from udarely.

The customer support at Udarely is truly awesome! I've placed orders for their items three times before. Just recently, one of the glasses in my shipment got damaged while being delivered, and they sent out replacements on the very same day. I highly suggest them; their products are top-notch and the service is stellar!

"Fantastic Company to Work With"
I gotta say, this company is fantastic! The product I received is just what I was hoping for, which is pretty uncommon these days. I did run into a little issue with the delivery, but they sorted it out super quickly and without any hassle—also a rarity these days. I’d totally recommend grabbing anything from them, and you can bet I’ll be coming back for more.

"Amazing Customer Support! 10/10 Experience!"
What can I say, I really dig this company! Their customer support is top-notch. I got some glasses for my boyfriend's birthday, but sadly, after two weeks, he dropped an ice cube in one and it broke. I reached out to see if I could buy just one, since we needed a pair, and they sent me two replacements at no cost. Huge thanks to UDARELY! Keep it up, and you'll be around for a long time!

"Stunning items and top-notch support"
Absolutely stunning items! I'm definitely coming back for more! But let me tell ya, the support team is the real MVP here!!!! Customer service means a lot to me, and finding a solid one these days is tough. I contacted them about a problem with my glass, and they got back to me almost right away and sorted everything out perfectly! Five stars for the product and five stars for the support; if I could give extra, I totally would!

"Response to a Frustration"
I purchased four glasses as a birthday gift for a friend who had been wanting them for ages.
The delivery was prompt, and the way they were packed ensured that there was no chance of them getting damaged on the way.
But, I found out that three out of the four glasses had some defects... (

"Truly fantastic"
These glasses are just fantastic and have a unique flair. I've picked up the stainless steel wine goblets, gold-topped tumblers, copper Moscow Mule cups, and stainless steel champagne flutes - and I'm not done yet because the items are incredible. I've told my friends and family about Udarely. Plus, their after-sales support is top-notch.

These glasses are just fantastic! They’re exactly what I was looking for in a champagne flute. My initial order with UDARELY turned out to be a fantastic experience. I got 2 of their lovely ‘Cupid’s Glasses’ along with a matching set of 3 ‘Cupid Bowls’ for Valentine's Day, and they were every bit as amazing as promised. "Totally obsessed with my new skull glasses!"
I’m really impressed with their customer support! From the updates on my package delivery to the thoughtful packaging, and the speedy replies along with friendly messages on Instagram - it was all just perfect. Plus, the skull glasses I got are even more stunning in real life than in the pictures! I’m also a fan of how they can handle hot beverages too - they look awesome with either wine or coffee - not many styles can pull that off! I’m super excited to grab more gorgeous glassware.

"Excellent Customer Experience"
We placed an order for 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses just before Christmas. The glasses showed up pretty quickly in different packages. While the packaging could've been better, one of the champagne flutes had a small crack inside, possibly from the manufacturing process. I reached out to Udarely about this issue, and they got back to me right away. They sent a replacement flute along with an extra one as a gesture of goodwill. We highly recommend Udarely, not just for their amazing products but also for their speedy delivery, quick customer support, and effective problem resolution.
